Welcome to the South Dakota Board of Regents Scholarship Portal
The South Dakota Board of Regents has a number of scholarships, both for incoming students and continuing students. In order to apply for a scholarship, you will need to log-in to Scholarship Manager using the appropriate credentials. Students at Board of Regents Schools (Black Hills State University, Dakota State University, Northern State University, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, South Dakota State University and University of South Dakota) are able to log-in with your campus log-in credentials (this could be your email address or student ID). This would include students enrolled in Dual Credit Coursework through one of the BOR Institutions and those students who have accepted offers and been assigned a Student ID from the BOR Campus. All other students will log-in using manual log-in process, by clicking the "Non-BOR School" button below. First time users will be prompted to create log-in information and verify your email address. When returning to the site, users will continue to use the "Non-BOR School" button to log in with their manually created log-in information.
